Policies

* All services and products are available in form of gift certificates. Gift certificates can not be returned, redeemed for cash or be applied to gratuities. All gift certificates must be used within 13 months of the issue date.

* We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel a color or spa service, this will allow us to contact and enable other guests whom would like to fill this time.  On Saturdays, we require a credit card to book the same and a "no show no call" will be charges 50% of the missed service.

* To provide everyone with the best possible service, please arrive on time for your appointment.  Individuals that are 10 minutes late or more are subject to appointment reschedule.  We ask all for all spa services to arrive 10minutes early to begin paperwork and change. Thank you.

* Parking in front of Green Beauty is 2 hour parking. Please consider this if your appointment is scheduled for longer.  We are not responsible for over-time parking tickets.
